训练营简介 Course Description | 足球运动是激烈对抗而富有魅力的世界第一运动，具有高速度、快节奏、强对抗、高技巧、多变化、蕴含美、创造美、洋溢美及趣味性、健身性等特点，深受广谈球吧体育生的喜爱。本训练营在培养体育会员掌握足球的基本知识、基本技术、基本技能，掌握科学锻炼身体的方式、方法，接受终身体育的思想，形成终生锻炼身体的习惯，提高运动技术、运动技能、审美能力及培养良好的体育道德和合作精神，正确处理竞争与合作的关系等方面会起到重要的作用。 | ||||
Football, with strong antagonism,is the most popular sport in the world. It has the characteristics of high speed, fast pace, strong resistance, excellent skills, variations, beauty, beauty creation, fun, fitness and so on which is popular among the students. This course is to advance students' basic knowledge and skills of football and to master the way of physical exercise, to accept lifelong sports ideas and habits , to increase motor skills and aesthetic ability, to train good sports morality and the spirit of cooperation, and to handle the relationship between competition and cooperation. | |||||
